Israeli Nuclear Weapons

Harretz - a leading Israeli newspaper has published reports that the CIA backed by the US State Dept. Bureau of Intelligence and the Defense Intelligence Agency determined in 1994 that Israel had aquired
nuclear weapons. So, if Tel Aviv has nukes and we say that they do -
why the saber rattling against Iran?
