Look, neither one of them has been tested in a crisis. And, Obama is correct that the Senator from New York made bad decisions in supporting GW's decisions on Iraq and Iran. My point is - We don't need another Republican in office. Espescially, who talks of a long term involvement in Iraq (like Korea) or attacking Iran. More pre-emptive war. War to prevent war. What a starange concept. Plus, John McCain admitted that he doesn't know much about the economy.

I swore to protect and defend the Constitution of these United States against all enemies - foreign or domestic. And Sarge does wear three campaign stars - but, war is for a reason. And, those reasons aren't lies. I would love to tell you that I am proud of my country right now. Well, I am not! Guantamano Bay, Abu-Grabhi, renditiion flights to foriegn gulags and, yes - torture. I have no doubt that this blog is being monitored and that you who read it or also being looked at - this is NOT America.... Zillions of foreign invaders in our country zapping our economy. I just watched a Mexican send $500 out of the country today..... We have a President who believes that he is above the law. The neat thing is that he is getting involved in this election - John McCain REALLY needs GW's input. It is the arogant assholes ego that will fuck John McCain. All, Hillary or Obama have to do is attack GW..... However, the nightmare will end. I see Brack Obama winning by a landslide and a call to congraulate him going from John McCain before California polls close......

We The People are being lied to again/still about the Protect America Act. Read this article. The NSA and CIA can spy on anyone they want - Overseas. However, to do so in this country - we have some very simple procedures to follow that protect our privacy under the Fourth Admendment. This is through the FISA Court and wire taps can be in progress during the approval process - the approval is rapid - less that 72 hours. No intel is lost. If the President sincerely believes that lack of the PAA puts We The People in peril; then, why wouldn't be rush to sign the extension to the bill offered by Harry Reid? It is all about amnesty for the Tel-Coms who helped GW do the unwarranted wire taps. It is noteworthy that all of these companies have a staff of lawyers that review their doing shit like this. Quest said, "no". So, while maybe being patriotic and acting in good faith which is of course praiseworthy, these people knew that they were violating the law. The White House needs immunity for the tel-coms to keep the President out of court for ordering the unwarranted wire taps. Period.

The Attorney General, this is the guy when he spaeks in court states, "For the People of the United States", refused to refer a comtempt from the United States House of Representatives to a grand jury for two Bush aides - Meirs and Bolton. This man when questiioned during the confirmation hearings was specifically asked if he would be the Attorney General or a lawyer for the President. Now, the Congress is being forced to file a lawsuit in Federal Court to get the testimony. This is all over the fired US Attorney thing. The President told these people not to testify. I don't see how he can order someone not to appear before Congress. Which raises the question - If no wrong doing was done - Why not be open? This has more to do with obstruction of justice than it does with a blantant abuse of executive power. The serious benefit to America is that GW is screwing the GOP in this next election - And, it almost seems purposeful. America hates this tyrant and will not elect another one to replace him....

McCain welcomed then - smoothed over the indorsement for a radial right wing evangelical who has made disparaging staements about Catholics. McCain needs the religious right - But, their candidate has to be closer to Mike Huckabee. Why can't evangelicals just keep their religion to themselves....?
