Attorney General Michael MuKasey said that he will not order charges be made against those at the Department of Justice who used illegal
practices in hiring employees. What happened under Gonzales and seems
to clearing be occurring under this new Attorney General is that the
Department of Justice has become the law firm for George Walker Bush.
These people have made the word "Justice" in the departmets title a
joke.
I sincerely hope Congressman Henry Waxman hauls the AG in front of the
Judiciary Committee and rags his ass. I think my desire will become
fact - most ricky-tick........

The Iraqi's report that they are very close with the US to formalize the SOFA - Status of Forces Agreement. The Whsite House and McCain
campaign continue to either speak in vague terms or like McCain when
addressing Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al Maliki's words on a withdrawl
date , "I know him; he wouldn't do that" witn denial.
Iraqi Foriegn Minister Hoshiyar Zebari stated that "a very clear time
line" is being addressed. Moquata Al-Sadr has asked his Medhi militia
to stand down if a withdrawl date can be established.
That fucks up McCain - and, his "cut and run" and abandon Iraq crap.
And, GW's Iran will rush in madness.
Ok, the Iraqi's are producing oil and making money. It is sensibile
that some compromises will be made and the wealth spread. And, al-
Qaeda in Iraq has moved to Afghanistan.
So, stand our people down. Rest and then train and lets to the job that we should have done in the first damned place and wipe out the
Taliban, al-Qaeda and go after Osama Bin-Laden.

Evidentally, Senator Joe Lieberman is on McCain's "short list" for VP.
He would be a good pick as McCain likes to tout himself as a "maverick". Well, Lieberman is no Maverick - he is a turn-coat.
Holy Joe just gave the DNC 100K while supporting McCain for President
in an apparant attempt to save his post as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security.
He was a Democrat and now calls himself a independent and is rumored
to speak at the GOP convention. That is nice - because protesters have
received approval for a balloon shaped like a giant rat to greet Joe
in Minnasota.

Ohio is losing 8400 jobs because Senator John McCain used his influence in the Senate to help a foreign company (DHL) buy a US
owned company and gain control over the jobs that may are being
eliminated in Ohio.
It is noteworthy that McCain's campaign manager was the top lobbysist
for the DHL deal. And, he was paid $185,000 to lobby McCain and other
Senators......
