Where does the President invoking "executive privilege" stop and the crime of "obstruction of justice" begin? President Bush has exercised executive privilege to prevent Attorney General MuKassey from having to comply with the House Judiciary Committee's supoena for transcripts of the interview with US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald and Vice President Chaney about the compromise of the CIA operative's identity. If no wrong was done - why not be open about the matter...... Valarie Plame was a victem of Dick Chaney using a page from Richard Nixon on "rat-fucking". They did her to get a Ambassador Joe Wilson for calling GW a liar on the yellow cake uranium from Niger. And, the President lied to WE THE PEOPLE on national tv in a State of The Union address. It will be a grand day when we are shed of this tyrants and his crowd of henchmen are gone.
May God Bless America.

Remember the great movie with William Holden about a POW camp in Germany? When the "Geneva man" (Red Cross) visited the GI's were issued new blankets that smelled of mothballs. A Congressman from Florida and others visited the confinement facility at Guantamano Bay, Cuba. Representative Alcee Hastings took the initiative to arrive at the facility early and found the staff "white-washing" the walls before the Congressional walk through. He stated, "I know that they had washed it that day - cleaned it up. And, the prisoners were eating the best meal that they had gotten in a week." He was unimpressed with their "dog and pony" show.
This place is an "American" Gulag and shames every citizen of this great nation. And, those responsibile for these crimes against humanity must not go unpunished!
Vote Democratic for justice.........

GW did well to lift the executive order banning off-shore oil rxploration. Now, it IS up to Congress to follow suit. But, Obama is right and says that this will bring immediate relief at the pump. The President conceded that was true. But, I see it as time for the government to make the oil companies use some of their huge "windfall" profits to do more domestic oil exploration and build more refineries. If they hesitate - nationalize the oil industry as a strategic resource.....

"I know how to win wars", Senator John McCain said today. I imagine getting shot down in a A-4 and spending five and a half years as a POW (where he may have collobrated with the enemy)qualifies McCain as a expert on military strategy? McCain is not a Douglas McArthur, a Dwight Eiisenhower, an H. Norman Swartzkorf or even a Wesley Clark. Now, he does have more experience than GW - At least he flew missions in combat. GW went after the wrong guy and McCain backed him up. If that isn't a failure in strategy; then, what is?

Senator McCain stated that he is learning how to get online. My neice Katelyn could go online before she was in kindergarden and she is 15 years old now. Can you imagine a member of the United States Senate who is on the Armed Services Sub-Committee that isn't computer literate? It just staggers the mind. I imagine this new shit is a bit hard on Senator McCain. I assure you, he was prodded into doing this and we will later see video from the GOP of McWiz at the keyboard. Old people do not like new things - they confuse them. Mom and Dad are 83 - no cell phone. I just had to teach Dad to use the remote on the DVD player. He views my Wi-Fi laptop as a "toy". Well, that was until I showed him that I could get the results of the race we just bet at a off track betting place online.
Sarge is unimpressed.........
