Well, Obama said himself that he would get hit regardless of what he
did - Going to Lansthul to see wounded GI's. If he went there - McCain
would cry about that political being a politcal event. He didn't do that to avoid that accusation and the GOP pounced on that.

George Walker Bush disposed a powerful Sunni leader and decimated their armed forces to bring about "regime" change. He was after spreading democracy - one man; one vote. Ok, majority rules. The
majority won and they were the Shiites who are allied religiously with
Iran and the Ayatollahs. We did that.
GW/McBush has to keep us there to keep control of that country and its oil. They want us out. Iran will rush in. So what?
Iran is building nukes! Ok, other than Israel, who has nukes already,
what is the target? Or threat to America?
Afghanistan, the Tribal areas and Pakistan! Yes, Pakistan!

This is a pissing contest between a McCain and Obama. McCain pounds his drum about getting rid of Saddam Hussein who he says was bent on
developing WMD. Yet, no WMD. No involvement in 9/11. And, no ties to
Bin-Laden.
Obama counters with the statement that we took our eyes off of the
real target - Osama Bin-Laden, the Taliban, and Afghanistan. Sarge
concurs.
GW had personal issues with Saddam Hussein. And, 9/11 gave him an excuse. For years, this lying asshole made every pathetic attempt he
could to tie what happened that September day to his war in Iraq. No
one bought it. Espescially, Sarge.
GW has decimated our ground forces. They are fatigued. Right now is a
prime time for North Korea to reinvade South Korea. We do not have the
"boots" to repel an attack as GW has stripped the 2nd Division of men
for Iraq. And, we are in trouble in Afghanistan.
The surge has bought us success. I concur. At a tremendous cost. Now
the the Iraqi's are asking for a staged withdrawl of foreign forces.
And, GW and McCain are opposing this. Why? "They stand up: We stand
down", GW. Ok, lets redeploy to Kuwait and off the coast. I want
armor kept in Kuwait.

This is the cause of most of the divisions in the world. Even, the Jews don't agree over Jesus. The Christains and Muslims are at odds over religion - I have read some of - not studied, the Koran. And, I
have visted several Islamic web sites.
We people worship the God of Abraham. One God. I don't care if you do so in a mosque in Tehran, a synagoge in Tel-Aviv, or a cathederal in
Indianapolis - We worship the same God.
