The Democratic majority in the House of Representatives is going to bring forth a bill banning "earmarks" to corporations. The GOP is looking at a total ban on earmarks. This was something John Boehner
tried earlier and was defeated by money hungry members of Congress.
Well, one damned thing is for certain- the practice has to stop.
And, I will say the hypocrisy that the GOP displays when then vote "No"
in mass against a spending bill because it would needlessly add to
the deficet and then quietly add on millions of dollars in additional spending for your state has to stop also!
These are the major earmark "PORK" added into the Omnibus Budget Bill
that was for the most part universally oppossed by the Republicans
in the United States Senate. Yet, study the image above. McConnell
75 Million. He is the Minority Leader In the Senate and head boss of
the Party of No........
They claim to be fiscally conservative and while voting against any and all legislation offered by the Democrats and that "darky" in their White House - silently add in their special projects to go back home and say, "Look what I did for Kentucky"...
The hypocrisy of these cocksuckers is appauling.
